For cancellations, please contact Beržynė only in writing, by email to info@berzyne.lt. Please quote the booking number when cancelling your reservation. If you do not receive confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours, please call the telephone number on the website www.berzyne.lt to check whether your request has reached the representatives of Beržynė.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 (seven) days before the arrival time, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded to the buyer. If the reservation is cancelled 3 (three) days or more before the arrival time, 50% of the amount of the chalet reservation will be refunded. If the reservation is less than 3 (three) days before arrival, no refund will be given for any reason (the chalets or the environment did not meet expectations, health of the guest or family members, etc.). In all cases of cancellation, the purchaser will be reimbursed 100% of the money paid for the additional services ordered but not provided (bath, sauna, pet, etc.). Any sums paid by the customer shall be refunded within 10 (ten) working days at the latest.

Yes, services are invoiced after the services have been fully rendered.

If the guest wishes to cancel the additional services booked by “Beržynė” (bath, kamado, sauna, massage, etc.), the guest must inform the representative of “Beržynė” in writing by e-mail: info@berzyne.lt at least four (4) hours prior to the scheduled time of the service. If the guest does not inform the Beržynė representative of the cancellation of the additional services in writing, it is deemed that the requested service has been rendered and the money paid is not refundable.

Guests arrive from 15:00 and leave by 11:00.

Unfortunately, they cannot. We highly respect and protect the peace and quiet of the surrounding residents and the relaxation of Beržynė guests, so no loud parties are allowed. “Beržynė is designed for a peaceful, quality rest of the soul for two people or with loved ones.

There is a fire pit in the Beržynė area for bonfires. Firewood is stored in a fire pit next to the fire pit, which is enough to keep the fire warm and provide a cosy 1-2 hours of conversation. It is strictly forbidden to cut down trees and plants within or outside the territory of “Beržynė”, to build a bonfire in an area of “Beržynė” that is not designated for this purpose, and to leave a smouldering bonfire unattended.

Yes, here are some of our requests to you:

• Please do not bring any furniture or textiles (towels, bed linen, bedspreads, bedspreads) that are not suitable for outdoor use inside the chalet. Guests will find special outdoor blankets in the chalet;
• It is forbidden to use open flame candles in the “Beržynė” (both in the chalets and outdoors), as candles are a serious fire hazard;
• Please respect the grounds of the property (no breaking of trees, trampling of plants and flowerbeds, littering).
• Quiet time in “Beržynė” is 22.00 – 07.00.

Yes, pets are welcome at Beržynė. To ensure quality and comfort for pets, we charge a one-off fee of EUR 15 per pet. The money is used for pet sanitation, blankets, maintenance of Beržynė’s inventory and grounds after the pets have arrived. A maximum of 2 pets (dogs/ cats) can be brought in the house at the same time.

We have some very important requests for you and your pet. Please find them in the “Rules” section (under “Pets”).

Yes. If you book the sauna during the hours you want, only you and your family will be able to use the sauna when you arrive at the chalet.

Yes. The ophur bath (hot water bath) is located on the terrace of each chalet, so it is for your personal use only (the ophur bath can be used at any time of the year, except when the outside temperature is below -15° C).

Services are provided by a professional masseuse(s) who arrives on the territory of Beržynė and who brings with them a massage table and other necessary and compulsory tools for a quality service. Massage services are provided in the Beržynė sauna building, in the massage room or in the cottage. Massage services must be booked at least 7 days before the desired service date. The price of the massage starts from EUR 110 (depending on the type and duration of the massage).

“The Beržynė site is privately owned, surrounded by a fence and monitored by CCTV cameras. The houses are designed so that guests of different houses cannot see each other while on the terraces of their houses, and your privacy is further protected by flowerbeds and plants.

“Gift vouchers worth EUR 50, EUR 100, EUR 150, EUR 200, EUR 300 are available on the Beržynė website. Gift vouchers can be used for both chalet bookings and additional services (reservation required). The voucher can only be used once and is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. If the voucher is not used within this period, the service is deemed to have been provided and no refund is given. The voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
